A mid week FOURSOMES Matchplay Knockout Competition, with a draw (high/low) for partners.

Played off the Yellow Tees on either course over 18 holes. Competition Handicap is required before the first match. Handicap allowance 50% of the combined Course Handicap of each pair.                                    

Playable on either Course by agreement between the sides.

Final to be played over 18 holes on Finals Day, Sunday Sept 28th 2025 on the New course. If finalists are unable to play on this day, please inform the competition organiser.

If the match is tied after 18 holes, extra holes are to be played with the strokes allocated as if a full round is to be played. 

The lower named players on the draw sheet are responsible for contacting their opponents and offering a minimum of three dates on a Monday to Friday.

If a date cannot be agreed by the last date for that round by either team, then the toss of a coin shall determine the result. Short extensions to the deadlines will only be considered for exceptional circumstances and at the Organiser's discretion, who will have the final say.

History

Bill White was Captain in 1975 and made an Honorary Member in 1984. A lover of foursomes golf he donated the White Cup in 1989 for a Veterans winter foursomes competition.
