Burhill Family Foursomes 2024 - Round 1 Rules

1. The competition will be played over 36 holes mixed foursomes with both players play off the men’s card consequently there is course adjustment, and in accordance with the Rules of Golf and Local Rules of the Club. The decision of the Competition Committee will be final.
2. The competition is open to male and female amateur golfers who are members of an EGU affiliated golf club with a current WHS handicap not exceeding 20.4 (Gentlemen) 34.4 (Ladies) (at time of entry). CDH Numbers will be required to complete entry below.
3. Pairing must be multi-generational e.g. Father & Daughter, Mother & Son, Grandad & Granddaughter, Grandmother & Grandson (Step-children & grandchildren are allowed).
4. Entries will be limited to 52 pairs, which will be on a first come first serve basis.
5. Entries close on Thursday 1st August 2024.
6. All the information above must be completed in order to properly process your entry. No refunds will be given after the draw has been made. The committee reserves the right to accept or refuse any entry without assigning a reason.
7. The entry fee of £170 per pair (£140 per pair for Members).
8. Includes Tea/Coffee and light breakfast upon arrival, 18 holes on the OId Course , Ploughman’s Lunch served in the Iveagh Lounge, 18 holes on the New Course and a BBQ evening meal and prize presentation on the Terrace.
9. The draw will be made on Thursday 8th August 2024 and a copy will be sent to each pair as soon as possible.
10. Competitors are informed that smart casual dress is in order all day.
